Mixed Fried Seafood
Ingredients for 4 people
200 grams of rossetti, 400 grams of prawns, 400 grams of red shrimp of Sanremo, 500 grams of large size squid, 2 mullets, 4 slices of monkfish, 8 small curled octopus, 8 anchovies, 400 grams of white flour type oo, 1 \ 2 liters of cold water, 2 liters of peanuts oil, 12 cubes of ice, salt.
Preparation
Cut the fish, clean the shrimp depriving the interior of the head, cut the squid into thin rounds after peeled under running water and wash all the other fish. Sift the flour and rossetti and the curled octopus and immerse the filleted fish in a batter made by mixing flour with water and ice cubes. Put on the fire a frying pan with oil.
