The prices above are per week from Saturday to Saturday, include electricity, water, heating, air conditioning and midweek linen change; bicycles and washing machine for free. Cleaning is guaranteed daily by our staff, excluding the cooking area.
All apartments are provided with equipped kitchen with electric stove and microwave, satellite TV with SKY decoder and DVD player, free ADSL Internet connection, safe, direct dial phone.
The residence also offers special agreement with private beach and private box (on request and with extra charge).
For babies and children are provided high chairs, cots, changing tables, bottle warmers and strollers (on request).
For the confirmation is required a deposit equal to 30% of the total price of the stay; the balance must be paid at the arrival. No refund is planned for early departures.
NB In low season possibility of less-than-one-week stays depending on availability and subject to the Management OK.
